Weekly Rhythm

We meet once a week to listen, reflect, and simply be together without agenda. We will meet on Google Meet or Zoom from 8:15PM to 9:15PM EST on Thursdays. Other events will be posted as they come up on the events tab.

Shared Space

A gentle container for presence, silence, and heartfelt companionship. Bring what you are reading, meditating on and sitting with. Share how these insights have been showing up for you while we listen with intention.
